Applicants who do not meet the credit requirement or the income requirement will be required to have a cosigner. Cosigners must meet the same rental requirements outlined above.

To apply, there is a $35.00 application fee per applicant. After an application is approved, we require first month's rent, last month's rent, and a $500.00 security deposit.

We have a laundry room located on the first floor of the building, that operates on a reloadable card system. Washing and drying cycles are $2.00 ea.
The building's basement level houses the parking garage. Parking is $200.00 per month and is subject to availability.
Yes! The building is pet friendly. There is an additional $50.00 per month pet fee per pet.
The building offers two resident lounges, an indoor fitness center, card-operated laundry room, business center, and outdoor lounge and grill area.
