What are the rental requirements?
Minimum of 690 credit score, sufficient income, clear eviction history and criminal background check.
Applicants who do not meet the credit requirement or the income requirement will be required to have a cosigner. Cosigners must meet the same rental requirements outlined above.
What utilities are tenants responsible for?
Tenants are responsible for gas, electricity, and any internet/cable/telephone services.
What are the move in costs?
To apply, there is a $35.00 application fee per applicant. After an application is approved, we require first month's rent, last month's rent, and a $500.00 security deposit.

Is parking and laundry available?
Parking availability and laundry depends on the property. Contact us for more information about parking and laundry for a specific property.
Are pets allowed?
Yes! There is an additional $50.00 per month pet fee per pet.
How do we apply?
Head over to the "Contact Us" tab to send your information over to our leasing team!
To apply, provide management with the first name, last name, and email address of all applicants. We will send an online application form to all applicant’s email via MyRental. There, you will be able to input all your information, and upload documents.
