What are the rental requirements?
Minimum of 690 credit score, sufficient income, no criminal background, and no eviction history.
We require copies of the following reports:
Eviction History
Previous Address History
Multi-State Criminal
Terrorist Check
Multi-State Sex Offender
Credit Report
What utilities are tenants responsible for?
Tenants are responsible for electricity and any internet/cable plans.
What are the move in costs?
To apply, we use a program called MyRental. MyRental charges a $35.00 fee to process and provide us with the necessary reports.
You are welcome to use any service you wish that will provide us with the required reports (listed above)
After an application is approved, we require first month's rent, last month's rent, and a $500.00 security deposit.
Is parking and laundry available?
We have a laundry room located on the first floor of the building, that operates on a reloadable card system. Washing and drying cycles are $2.00 ea.
The building's basement level houses the parking garage. Parking is $250.00 per month and is subject to availability.
Are pets allowed?
Yes! The building is pet friendly. There is an additional $50.00 per month pet fee per pet.
What amenities does the building offer?
The building offers two resident lounges, an indoor fitness center, card-operated laundry room, business center, and outdoor lounge and grill area.
